Moginie James - a vibrant company founded in 2001 by Nicholas James and Peter Moginie both of whom have decades of previous experience specialising in the local Cardiff residential sales, lettings, property management and investment markets.

The company has more recently expanded into the overseas property sales market with many local clients benefiting from the integrity and peace of mind offered by a local property company of repute assisting their purchases and investments abroad. Moginie James can offer both existing and off plan opportunities throughout Europe.

Now with 4 offices across Cardiff, Moginie James are committed to expanding our sales and lettings branch network, offering face to face contact with our staff and accompanied viewings of our properties, 7 days a week.
