It also means that our appointed contractors have a full understanding of the problem, so they can visit the property fully prepared. Tenants simply go online, or download the app onto their phone or tablet, and can report issues using the system’s easy to use step by step process. Fixflo is available in over 40 languages – including Welsh of course – so tenants are able to give detail in their native language, which is then translated and sent to us in seconds, plus they can upload photos to illustrate the problem.
