Moginie James is a vibrant young company founded in 2001 by Nicholas James and Peter Moginie both of whom have a wealth of experience specialising in the local Cardiff residential sales, lettings, property management and investment markets.

We have 4 offices across the City, but it is our Cathays office, conveniently located on Cathays Terrace, which serves the needs of the local student sector. We have a dedicated team of student lettings experts who are experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all, committed to “going the extra mile” to make sure you find the right property to suits your needs. We also offer up to date inventories, protected bonds and - just in case one of life’s little calamities should befall your new home - a 24 hour maintenance helpline.

We have a fantastic selection of student properties, from bijou single bed crashpads to sumptuous seven bedroom Victorian mansions – and of course, our famous “Mog-Mobile” 7 seater will take you and your potential housemates to any viewings free of charge, evenings and weekends included.
