• Your bond is safe – Moginie James is a member of the Tenants Deposit Scheme (TDS) and as such are regulated to hold all tenants’ deposits/bonds.
• All properties that are managed by Moginie James have a dedicated maintenance team who are on hand to respond to any queries with a 24 hour maintenance helpline.
• Moginie James only choose the best properties and landlords to work with - meaning that all of our student properties are high specification. In addition, we regularly vet all of our properties and all properties have a valid Gas Safety Certificate, making your home from home safe to live in.
