Beat the Back to School Rush

The last two weeks of July and the whole month of August are often seen as the quietest time of year in the property industry.
As a vast proportion of the UK’s population make a dash to the coast or jump on a plane to chase the sun the market goes quiet.

However, there’s a very strong case for making plans for your property while the sun shines and before the back to school rush.

Floor plans and accurate descriptions need to be drawn up and uploaded on the all powerful property portals. Interested buyers on our database need to be notified. Do all of this before September and your property will have an edge.

By having your property ready to be marketed from the 1st of September you will be two to three weeks ahead of people putting their homes on the market after the summer break.
