Moginie James have teamed up with Training for Professionals to provide a Landlord Licensing Training day. The date of the course is Thursday April 21 ^st 2016.

Training for Professionals are an authorised provider to run Rent Smart Wales approved courses.

We have booked the All Nations Centre, off Whitchurch Road, as the venue – this venue offers free parking, tea/coffee with biscuits/welsh cakes morning and afternoon, plus lunch. Training for Professionals will provide all the training materials and all the necessary notes. The course will run from 9 – 5.30 pm.

Please note that this training is for Landlords only -not Agents, and not just existing Landlords of Moginie James, all Landlords are welcome!

If any Landlords already have LAW accreditation, there is no need for them to attend this training course as they will just need to complete an online top up module which is free and which should be available in the next few weeks….so this training day is perfect for those Landlords who haven’t done anything yet about applying for their Licence yet!

The cost of this training day is £70 + VAT = £84
