Leasehold Scandal a Ticking Timebomb
When you hear the word scandal you might think of the Oscar's host row, the news on Brexit or even the latest Strictly Come Dancing celebrity affair.
However, there’s a serious scandal going on in the UK right now which is costing people who have leaseholds on their properties tens of thousands of pounds.
At least twice a week in our Pontcanna, Roath and Cyncoed branches we come across properties in Cardiff with less than 85 years left on their leases.
Owners of properties with leases like these need to act NOW.
Here's Cyncoed Branch Manager Aaron Pitman to explain why:
