Training for Professionals are an authorised provider of Rent Smart Wales approved courses and we have teamed up them to run Landlord Licencing training courses.

The comprehensive landlord module will be held over 5.5hours, and will cover everything you are required to know, from pre-tenancy issues, responsibilities and liabilities, setting up a tenancy, during the tenancy, to ending the tenancy.

We only have a small amount of places left on the course being held on Thursday April 21st, and due to the high volume of interest we have received, are now introducing a secondary course on Tuesday June 14th 2016.

We have booked the All Nations Centre, off Whitchurch Road, as the venue. There will be free parking, tea/coffee with biscuits/welsh cakes in both the morning and afternoon, plus lunch all provided. Training for Professionals will provide all the training materials and all the necessary notes, and the courses will run from 9 - 5.30 pm.

Please note that this training is not just for current Landlords of Moginie James, all Landlords are welcome! Booking is an absolute must.

The cost of this training day is £70 + VAT = £84
