Cardiff’s leading independent estate agency, Moginie James, has got the year off to a flying start after being ranked in the top 1% of all estate agents in the country. The local company was rated as the seventh best agency in the UK out of 10,900 agents for customer service by rateragent.co.uk, which provides honest, trustworthy and relevant reviews on the estate and lettings agents by actual customers and clients, and was also ranked number 1 in Cardiff and number 1 in Wales.

Specialising in selling, letting and managing properties across the capital city, Moginie James, which last year celebrated its 15^th birthday, now has branches across the city and 50 members of staff.

The recent accolade follows a string of award wins and impressive titles including being voted ‘Best Small Chain Estate Agents in the UK’ by the prestigious ESTAS (Estate and Letting Agent Awards) and more recently as Cardiff Property Company of the Year in the 2016 Cardiff Life Awards.
