£250 cashback applies per Fully Managed Payday property, up to a capped limit of £2500
£250 cashback applies to all new Landlords who switch their management business from another agency to Moginie James.
In order to qualify for cashback, the Landlord needs to take Moginie James Fully Managed Payday Service for a minimum term of 12 months
A Fully Managed Payday Service is costed at 12.5% + VAT (15% inc VAT) of the rental income on a monthly basis. An initial setup fee of 50% + VAT (60% inc VAT) will apply.
Cashback is paid via BACS on completion of an initial 3 month term, from the point of either Management takeover (if you are mid-tenancy), or from the point of your tenant moving if (if you switch prior to a new tenancy commencing).
Any existing tenants must be re-referenced at the point of Management takeover in order to qualify for the Payday policy.
