Moginie James' No Deposit Option (NDO) is part of the Residency membership. With this option, the contract-holder can pay the monthly membership fee without the need to have the traditional deposit amount tied up for the duration of the occupation contract. The contract-holder will still be liable for any damages at the end of the occupation contract and there is a monthly fee to be a Residency member

All the properties are very well managed and they have excellent information and advice about the Residency Scheme and Tenant Liability Insurance. They have a brilliant website which clearly guides you through applications and is a brilliant resource. I was shown around by Andrew in the Roath office who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and really made an effort to give me as much information about the property as possible. He also checked other details and got back to me to answer my more complicated questions. I would highly recommend them.
Ellie has been great, approachable and professional! She's been bearing with us through couple of properties till we found the most suitable one for us.
