From the initial viewing to the offer stage, communication was clear and timely, which made a big difference during what can be a stressful time. They provided the sales memorandum promptly once our offer was accepted, and they coordinated well with our mortgage advisor, helping to keep the transaction on track. While there were the usual delays that can come with property transactions, Moginie James were proactive in following up with all parties involved. I appreciated their local knowledge and support, and I’d consider working with them again in the future. Top class! Moginie James Cyncoed really were top class from start to finish in the sale of our house. Everyone we met who works there was super friendly, helpful and always put us first. They managed to sell our house within 1 week, and if that wasn't good enough... when our sale fell through, they sold it in 1 week again! Couldn't have asked for anything more. The only slight negative I have is that they recommended we used lifetime legal who appointed Spicketts Battrick in Cardiff as our solicitor. Our personal solicitor was difficult to deal with at times and I wish we had gone with a solicitor that had an online platform as we'd have had much better visibility and communication. However, Moginie's service was so good that they really deserve 5 stars. Thank you to the whole team.
