Take on responsibility for the estate administration.

Pay any debts and settle outstanding bills in the estate

I have not yet moved into a property with this estate agent but am due to next month and I just wanted to highlight the service from Josh today. After having a lack of communication regarding the tenancy for several months I called the office and was passed over to Josh who is not usually who we are in communications with for the house.
