Decide if you’re looking for a passive income with a fully managed service or if you just need help finding a contract-holder or collecting payments.

Using our large database of active contract-holders and exceptional marketing techniques, we can find you a reliable choice.

Expert and friendly Moginie James agents will show prospective contract-holders around your dwelling. Before viewings, ensure the dwelling is in top condition: free from clutter and maintenance issues, and clean.

We know how to negotiate, and we will do this on your behalf. We always aim to get you the best price, contract length and contract-holder.

We never cut corners. Everything we do is above board. We use strict and independent referencing procedures and thorough credit checks.

We’ll prepare the occupation contract for you and the contract-holder to read and sign.

We use an independent inventory service to detail the dwelling’s condition and contents. The landlord and the contract-holder will check and sign this.

If the contract-holder is paying a deposit and not using the no-deposit option, the deposit is held independently.

On moving day, your contract-holder will need access to user manuals, instructions, and other paperwork.
