Top class! Moginie James Cyncoed really were top class from start to finish in the sale of our house. Everyone we met who works there was super friendly, helpful and always put us first. They managed to sell our house within 1 week, and if that wasn't good enough... when our sale fell through, they sold it in 1 week again! Couldn't have asked for anything more. The only slight negative I have is that they recommended we used lifetime legal who appointed Spicketts Battrick in Cardiff as our solicitor. Our personal solicitor was difficult to deal with at times and I wish we had gone with a solicitor that had an online platform as we'd have had much better visibility and communication. However, Moginie's service was so good that they really deserve 5 stars. Thank you to the whole team.

Fast and efficient service with my maintenance issue fixed is a timely a professional manner. Mollie in branch kept me up to date with progress and the contractor Any Locks who attended the property fixed the issue with no fuss at all. A very easy an positive experience all round.
