Step onto the property ladder with shared ownership

I have not yet moved into a property with this estate agent but am due to next month and I just wanted to highlight the service from Josh today. After having a lack of communication regarding the tenancy for several months I called the office and was passed over to Josh who is not usually who we are in communications with for the house. He listened to every single one of my concerns, explained the agents side of the situation, and actioned everything within the hour, keeping myself and other tenants in the loop and communicating with the landlord on our behalf. This is rare service to receive from an estate agent and he is clearly a testament to the team. Housing is a difficult topic to discuss and he put my mind at ease instantly. Thank you again Josh!
