First of all, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Moginie James pontcanna branch for helping us buy our home through such a smooth process. We were fed up with some high street estate agents. One of our previous attempts fell through even after a memorandum of sale was issued, and we had already started searches. It collapsed at the last moment, and we only found out then. I won’t mention names, but we experienced poor communication and a lack of clarity. Once we approached Moginie James, especially the Pontcanna branch manager Mr Neil Jones and assistant manager Mr Aaron sullivan , we immediately felt their straightforward approach and prompt action. We started the process on 09/05/2025 and completed on 07/07/2025. They also assigned us a move manager, Michelle Lloyd, and the experience was amazing. Whenever any issues came up, they helped resolve them quickly and kept in regular contact with both the seller and us. This helped avoid any miscommunication and sped up the whole process. My wife and I are so happy with the entire sales process through the Moginie James team – especially Neil, Aron, and Michelle. I’m sure we wouldn’t have been able to complete everything within this time frame without their help and guidance.
